Marine collagen 5,000 mg; taurine 500 mg; dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate 100 mg.

Vitamins and minerals: Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 300 mg (5,000% NRV); vitamin C 200 mg (250% NRV); niacinamide (vitamin B3) 100 mg (625% NRV); vitamin E 50 mg (417% NRV); riboflavin (vitamin B2) 20 mg (1,429% NRV); selenium 0.1 mg (182% NRV).

How to use

The recommended daily serving is one sachet. Take in the morning, preferably one hour after breakfast. Empty the sachet into a glass, add 200 ml of water, mix well and drink immediately.
