Delivery
- Products are processed and handed over to our logistics partner Itella Smartpost after the sales agreement has been confirmed (i.e., after the invoice has been paid).
- Products are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, with many orders arriving within 3–5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
- Itella Smartpost parcel terminals are used for deliveries. As the Products are weather-resistant, this ensures secure and reliable shipping.
- Free delivery is offered in Estonia for orders exceeding €50.
- To ensure timely delivery, the Buyer must carefully verify the accuracy of the delivery information provided during checkout.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product. The returned Product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Product is in a sealed package that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetic products) and has been opened after delivery.
- In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Buyer must contact Aesthelis customer support at hello@aesthelis.com within 14 days of discovering the issue. The email must include:
- The reason for return;
- The Buyer's name and contact details;
- The Product order number;
- A description of the defect (preferably with photos).
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or when the delivered Product does not match the order.
- Aesthelis will refund the amount paid for the returned Product within 14 days of receiving the return request and the returned Product.
- Products must be returned to Aesthelis within 14 days of notifying customer support of the return.
