Ordering
1. How can I place an order?
Choose the desired products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. Payments can be made using a credit card or bank link.
2. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.
3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately at hello@aesthelis.com to make changes.
Delivery
4. What are the delivery times?
Products are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, often faster (3–5 business days). In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
5. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
6. How are products delivered?
Products are delivered via Itella Smartpost parcel terminals, as they are weather-resistant and ensure secure shipping.
7. Is delivery free?
Delivery is free within Estonia for orders over €50.
Returns and Claims
8. How can I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at hello@aesthelis.com, providing the reason for the return, your name, contact details, and the order number.
9. Can I return an opened product?
For health and hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
10. Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Payments
12. What payment methods do you accept?
Our payment system, Stripe, accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank links.
13. Are the payments secure?
Yes, all payments are processed in Stripe’s secure environment, and Aesthelis does not have access to your payment details.

Yes, Aesthelis only sells official and authentic products recognized by professionals.
