Eret Tamm, RN

Founder of Aesthelis | Aesthetic Medicine Nurse | Trainer

I am a registered nurse, aesthetic medicine practitioner and the founder of Aesthelis. I have worked in the beauty and aesthetics field for over ten years, with experience spanning client care, education, aesthetic medicine and professional products.

As an aesthetic medicine nurse, I provide consultations and aesthetic treatments, with a particular focus on injectable treatments, improving skin quality and creating personalised treatment plans. I have continued my professional development through aesthetic medicine training both in Estonia and internationally.

Education has been an important part of my work for many years. Today, alongside clinical practice, I work with professional skincare and aesthetic medicine products, train other professionals, and represent and develop international brands across the Baltics.

Aesthelis was created from a desire to bring together the areas I work with every day – professional expertise, carefully selected products and trusted specialists.

For me, good consultation does not always mean recommending another treatment. Sometimes the right choice is an appropriate home skincare routine, sometimes an aesthetic treatment, and at other times a consultation with a dermatologist, plastic surgeon or another specialist.

I apply the same principle when shaping the Aesthelis product portfolio and professional direction: to offer solutions whose purpose and application we understand and can confidently recommend to both clients and professionals.

My goal with Aesthelis is to make navigating aesthetics simpler, more informed and more professional.

 

Marina Sats, RN

Registered Nurse | Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner | Trainer

I am a registered nurse, aesthetic medicine practitioner and trainer with extensive experience in both clinical practice and aesthetic medicine.

In my daily work, I provide aesthetic consultations and treatments, focusing on a personalised approach, improving skin quality and combining different aesthetic medicine solutions according to each client’s individual needs.

An important part of my work is training other professionals and sharing specialist knowledge. I am a Teoxane trainer and share my practical knowledge and experience with aesthetic medicine professionals.

At Aesthelis, I am part of the expert team, where my role combines client consultation, aesthetic medicine and professional education. I am also available to advise clients and professionals in Russian when needed.

For me, aesthetic medicine is about seeing the person as a whole – rather than focusing on a single treatment, the aim is to find a solution that suits their individual needs, anatomy and desired outcome.
